Data Deletion Instructions

EdgifyNow respects your privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of your personal information and connected account data.

Information to include

Please include the following information so we can identify and verify your account:

• Your full name
• Your business or organization name, if applicable
• The email address associated with your EdgifyNow account
• The phone number associated with the account, if applicable
• A brief description of the information or connected account you want deleted

Please do not include passwords, access tokens, verification codes, financial information, or other sensitive credentials in your request.

What happens after we receive your request

1. We will acknowledge receipt of your request.
2. We may ask you to verify your identity or authority over the business account.
3. We will review the request and identify the relevant account and associated information.
4. We will delete or anonymize eligible information from our active systems.
5. We will notify you after the request has been completed or explain if additional information is required.

We generally process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Additional time may be required for complex requests or where permitted by applicable law.

WhatsApp and Meta-connected data

If you connected a WhatsApp Business Account to EdgifyNow through Meta Embedded Signup, you may request deletion of the WhatsApp integration data maintained by EdgifyNow. This may include associated WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone-number identifiers, connection credentials, message records, conversation activity, leads, appointments, and orders stored within EdgifyNow.

You may also disconnect the WhatsApp integration from your EdgifyNow account. Disconnecting an integration stops future processing by EdgifyNow but may not automatically delete information previously stored in your workspace. To request deletion of previously stored data, email us using the instructions above.

Deleting information maintained by EdgifyNow does not automatically delete information independently retained by Meta, WhatsApp, or another third-party service. Requests concerning data maintained directly by those services must be submitted to the applicable provider.

Information we may retain

We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or contractual obligations. Information retained for these purposes will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Residual copies may temporarily remain in encrypted backups until those backups are overwritten according to our normal backup-retention schedule.
